Terms of Service

Effective: September 21, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Zerima LLC ("Zerima Co.," "we," "us"). They cover zerimaco.com, the digital products you buy there, and the Zerima Co. membership app (together, "the Service"). By creating an account, subscribing, or buying from us, you agree to them.

Questions? Email support@zerimaco.com.

1. Who can use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.

2. Your account

Keep your login details private and your email address current. One account is for one person; please don't share your login. You're responsible for activity on your account. If you think someone else has accessed it, email us.

3. The membership

  • The membership costs $19 per month, plus any sales tax that applies where you live. Tax is shown at checkout before you pay.
  • You're billed monthly, in advance, and the membership renews automatically each month until you cancel.
  • Cancel anytime from Manage billing in the app, or through Link (see §4). Your access continues until the end of the month you've already paid for, and then it stops. You won't be charged again.
  • No refunds or credits for partial months. If you cancel mid-month, you keep access through the end of that month instead.
  • If a payment fails, your access pauses until your payment method is updated. Nothing you've written is lost.
  • If we ever change the price, we'll email you at least 30 days before it applies to you, so you can cancel first if you'd like.

4. Payments are handled by Link (a Stripe service)

Membership payments are processed and sold through Link, a payment service from Stripe, which acts as the reseller for these purchases. That means:

  • Your card statement will show "LINK.COM*" followed by our name.
  • Receipts, invoices, and billing emails come from Link.
  • Link's own terms apply to the payment itself, and Link can help with payment and subscription questions.
  • Link may issue a refund at its own discretion to resolve a payment problem or dispute, even where our policy above wouldn't.

We never see or store your full card number.

5. Changes to the Service

We improve the Service over time, which may mean adding, changing, or retiring features or planners. If a change meaningfully reduces what your paid membership includes, we'll tell you in advance.

6. Your work belongs to you

Everything you type into your planners is yours. You give us permission only to store it, keep it safe, and show it back to you so the Service works. We don't sell it, and we don't share it with advertisers.

If you cancel, your work stays saved so it's there if you come back. If you'd like it deleted instead, email us and we'll delete it.

7. Digital downloads bought on zerimaco.com

  • When you buy a PDF planner, you get a personal license to download, print, and use it for yourself and your own business.
  • Please don't resell, share, upload, or redistribute the files, or pass them off as your own.
  • Because digital files are delivered instantly and can't be returned, sales are final. If a file won't open, is damaged, or isn't what the listing described, email us within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund you.
  • Purchases made on Etsy follow Etsy's policies.

8. Our content

The planners, templates, text, designs, and branding are owned by Zerima LLC. Your membership or purchase gives you permission to use them for yourself. It doesn't give you permission to copy, resell, republish, or scrape them, or to use them to build a competing product.

About AI: Some of our content and product materials are created with help from AI tools, and every piece is reviewed and edited by us before it's published.

9. Not professional advice

Our planners and workbooks are tools to help you organize your thinking and your business. They aren't legal, tax, financial, or accounting advice. For decisions in those areas, please talk to a qualified professional.

10. Fair use of the Service

Don't use the Service to break the law, interfere with how it runs, try to access other people's accounts or data, or get around the membership. We may suspend or close accounts that do, and in that case we don't owe a refund for the remaining time.

11. Disclaimers

We work hard to keep the Service running and accurate, but it's provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we don't promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, or that using it will produce any particular business result.

12. Limit on liability

To the extent the law allows, Zerima LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $100.

13. Kentucky law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Kentucky.

14. Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date. For changes that matter to members, we'll also email you. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
