Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Zerima LLC ("Zerima Co.," "we," "us") collects when you use zerimaco.com and the Zerima Co. membership app, why, and what you can do about it. Questions: support@zerimaco.com.

1. What we collect

When you create a membership account

Your email address and password. Passwords are stored in scrambled (hashed) form, so we can't read them.

When you use the planners

What you write in your planners, and your progress (which sections you've started or completed).
How you use the app: for example, which planners and sections you open, when you start a page, and when you begin checkout. We use this to see what's helpful and what needs work.

When you pay

Payments are handled by Link and Stripe. We receive your name, email, billing country or address, and your membership status, plus limited card details like the card type and last four digits. We never see or store your full card number.

When you use zerimaco.com

If you sign up for our emails or free resources (like the 5-Gap Business Audit), we collect your name and email.
If you buy a digital product, we collect what's needed to complete the order.
Our website provider collects standard technical information (browser, device, pages visited) and uses cookies for things like site analytics.

Cookies in the membership app are only the ones needed to keep you signed in.

2. How we use it

To run your account and the planners, and save your work.
To send account emails, like confirming your email address and resetting your password.
To process your membership, including billing, tax, and receipts.
To answer your questions.
To understand how the product is used, so we can improve it.
To send marketing emails only if you signed up for them. Every one has an unsubscribe link.

3. What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information.
We don't share it for targeted advertising.
We don't share what you write in your planners with anyone except the service providers below that store it for us.

4. Who helps us run the Service

We use trusted providers who handle data on our behalf, only to do their job:

Supabase: accounts and database (where your planner work is stored)
Vercel: hosts the membership app
Stripe and Link: payments, tax, receipts, and billing support
Google Workspace: sends our account and support emails
Squarespace: our website, shop, and email newsletter

Purchases on Etsy are covered by Etsy's own privacy policy.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

5. How long we keep it

Your account and planner work: for as long as your account exists, including after you cancel, so your work is there if you come back. Ask us and we'll delete it.
Billing records: Stripe and Link keep payment records as the law requires, under their own policies.
Email list: until you unsubscribe.

6. Where it's stored

Your account and planner work are stored in the United States. Some of our providers, like Google and Stripe, may also process information in other countries under their own privacy commitments.

7. Keeping it safe

We use reputable providers, access controls that keep each member's work private to that member, and encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, but we take protecting your information seriously.

8. Your choices

Email support@zerimaco.com to:

get a copy of the personal information we hold about you,
correct something that's wrong, or
delete your account and everything in it.

We'll reply within 30 days. To delete payment information held by Link, you can also contact Link directly.

9. Children

The Service is for adults 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a child has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date. For important changes, we'll also email members.
